Who to Contact for Assistance
If you obtained your loan through Benchmark, and your loan was transferred to one of our servicing partners (example: Wells Fargo, JP Morgan Chase, PennyMac, etc.), we encourage you to contact that loan servicer directly for assistance. You should find contact information on your most recent statement. If you are unsure of how to reach your loan servicer, we can assist you. Please refer to the How to Reach Us instructions below.
How to Reach Us
If your loan was transferred to the Benchmark servicing center, you can complete transactions, such as making payments, setting up automatic payments and viewing loan history, property taxes and insurance. To register, go to https://benchmark.loanadministration.com/. Or, you may use our automated phone system at 1-877-629-6996 where you may find out if a payment is due or to make a payment. We are currently waiving any applicable fees to make a payment through our automated phone system.
